We put policies in place and write procedures to try to help our work environments have more diversity, inclusion and belonging but they don’t solve our problems. Getting to the root of issues is never easy, and almost impossible to do without getting to the root cause of issues we face.


Most of us want to do the right thing and treat people the right way, but struggle to know how to do it and how to have a practical way forward.


Our Dignity Gap workshop is designed to do just that. Covering key areas such as dignity, respect, objectification and what it looks like to not just check the box, but actually create Inclusion and belonging through dignity.
